Best Friends EVER!!

I seriously have the best friends ever!! My 3 bestest friends Sarah, Stephanie and Anna are so much fun to hang out with and I always have the best time when we go out. So, it was no surprise that I had a fabulous night last Thursday. These 3 amazing girls surprised me at my house with cute baby gifts and then proceeded to take me out to dinner. I had no idea they had planned this and it actually was perfect because I wasn't having that great of a day Thursday. I was seriously holding back the tears when I opened the door and saw their beautiful faces. These girls are all so amazing and I love them to death. I am really thankful to know them and have them as my friends.

Thank you girls, I love ya!!

It was really hot a few days back so Stephen decided to take the kids out back and hose them down:) Hailey and Kaleb loved it, but Karly, not so much. In the video it sounds like the kids are being tortured, but they really loved it.

Happy Anniversary!!

Stephen and I have been married for 7 yrs, and I couldn't be happier. Stephen is such a wonderful husband and I am so proud to be his wife. I love him so much and appreciate all he does for me and our family. He is always so willing to help out and never complains. I miss him so much we he is away and look forward to seeing his handsome face when he walks through the door. I fall more in love with him everyday. Happy Anniversary Stephen, I LOVE YOU forever and always!

Mom

I love my mother very much. She is such an amazing woman and I am proud to be her daughter. She was and still is always there for me when I need her. Like the time I got sick in my car on my way to work, and I went home and she cleaned out my car and then went to work for me. She was there at every sporting game I played in, and she still goes to my games now:) She is there when I need some one to talk to. She has been there helping me with every delivery of my kids. She helps take care of my kids when I need a break. She takes me shopping when I need to get away. And most important she has been the best role model for a woman and mother I could have asked for. She is so kind, loving and unselfish. Heavenly Father sure blessed me when he sent me to her.

Mom, I love you very much and hope you have a fantastic Mothers Day!

T-Ball

T-Ball season has started and it has really kept us busy. Hailey is doing really well and is the only girl on the team. She has had 3 games so far and improves with each game. She always hits well and she has an awesome throw. It is so funny to watch, b/c all of the kids will field the ball and then run to tag the base or just chase after the runner, they hardly ever throw. Her favorite position to play is catcher, I just thinks she likes wearing the mask:) Here are a few pics.

Making Room

With our new addition on the way we needed to get our rooms in order. We were hoping to move into a bigger house this summer, but as Stephen was out of job for so long we are staying in our 3 bedroom townhouse. We decided to have all 3 kids in one room, and the baby would have the smaller room. We did a bunch of cleaning and got rid of a lot of stuff, but it was worth it. I like how the rooms are. We already had bunk beds and my fabulous husband built a trundle bed, and the kids love it. Here are some before and after of the rooms...

There are still a few things left to be done, but I am not going to stress over it:) I guess it is a good thing we did a big clean up, because after many talks and prayers we have decided to move back in with my parents. We plan on moving in August and staying for a year. It will help us pay off some debt and build our savings back. I will have more updates on this venture as it unfolds:) No other major news now, all is well and we are just waiting for new little on to come.

Family Pics, Asheville, and Easter

About 2 weekends ago one of my bestest friends Sarah took some family photos for us. We had so much fun and she did a fantastic job. I was only going to pick out a couple and post, but it was to hard. So, I just made a slide show of some of my favorites.

Hailey and Kaleb had Spring Break last week, so I decided to take the kids up to Asheville to visit my Aunt Ellen, Meg and cousin Anna. We hadn't been up there to visit them in forever. It was just the kids and I, and we seriously had a blast. The kids are great travelers and my aunt and cousin were such a big help. We went swimming, watched my cousin play soccer, played at the park, and just enjoyed hanging out with each other. I love going up to the mountains, it is so beautiful up there. The weather was crazy though, it went from 70 degrees to 30 degrees and snowing in one day!! Now, I loved the trip, but I missed Stephen greatly. He was so wonderful and did a bunch of house work while we were gone and I am so thankful for him. Thank you Ellen, Meg and Anna for letting us come. We love you guys!

Easter was so much fun. We actually do all of the Easter bunny things on Saturday so the kids will focus more on our Savior for Sunday. They love getting there baskets and seeing what candy they got. We started a tradition with Hailey of having an egg hunt at my parents house and have enjoyed doing it every year since. This year Hailey and Kaleb decorated eggs with my mom and then when my nephews Sean and Jackson got there we had the hunt:) It is so fun to watch the kids run around and grab the eggs. Sunday was very nice and the kids all looked wonderful in their outfits (thank you mom for the outfits, you are the best).
